Unitree's H1 Robot: The World's Most Powerful Robot Introduced with Artificial Intelligence

"The world's most powerful robot" H1

A Chinese company called Unitree has announced its AI-powered robot called H1, a new competitor against Boston Dynamics' humanoid robot. The company defines H1 as "the world's most powerful robot" and stands out as one of the leading companies in four-legged robot technology.

Unitree was founded in 2017 and has made significant strides in four-legged robot technology during this time. The company declared its leadership among general-purpose humanoid robots by introducing its robot named H1, following its previous model, Go2. The H1 features powerful powertrains that deliver superior speed, power, maneuverability and flexibility.

H1, which is approximately 1.80 meters tall and weighs 47 kilograms, is equipped with a high-torque joint motor and gear set. Equipped with a 3D LiDAR sensor and depth camera, the robot's legs have 5 degrees of freedom (DOF) and its arms have 4 DOF features.

Unitree describes its H1 robot as a robot that can walk at 3.4 mph (5.6 km/h) and move autonomously in complex environments. It is also stated that the robot also has artificial intelligence features. With these features, H1 has the potential to achieve effective results in multiple operations across audit sectors and with the use of artificial intelligence.

The H1 robot, whose official release date has not yet been announced, plans to start deliveries in the first quarter of 2024. The estimated price is determined as 150 thousand dollars. This robot is expected to play an active role in industrial applications, especially in the inspection sector and artificial intelligence-supported multiple operations.
