ARTICLE 1 - SUBJECT AND SCOPE

The contract covers the definition of the services to be provided for the advertisement of the advertiser's company and how it will be operated, as well as the terms and conditions of work.

ARTICLE 2 - OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

Milivolt.news accepts and undertakes to work in full cooperation with the Advertiser for the purposes of Article 1, and to make every effort to maintain and improve the quality of the service it provides.
The Advertiser accepts and undertakes to cooperate with milivolt.news in every field in line with the scope of the agreement, especially to provide accurate and complete information, to see milivolt.news as the sole responsibility for the execution of the defined service.

ARTICLE 3 - PRIVACY

Milivolt.news undertakes not to give or share the information it receives from the Advertiser and/or the information obtained through text content production carried out on behalf of the Advertiser and paid for by the Advertiser, without the consent of the Advertiser. This commitment is also valid after the expiry date of the contract.

ARTICLE 4 - AGENCY SERVICES

It ensures that the contents (text, picture; Package 1- Package-2….) are published in the relevant channels (milivolt.news and social media accounts).

ARTICLE 5 - SCOPE AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FEES

The fee determined for the name of the job defined in article 4 is ... Euro, and the content created is published sequentially within ... months from the invoice date.

ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENTS
