The DSO138mini has similar performance to the DSO138 but comes with significant improvements in power supply and mechanical construction. Unlike the DSO138, the power supply is greatly simplified with much less component count. DSO138mini keeps MCU and LCD on a single PCB to avoid problematic pin header connections used in DSO138. This not only increases product reliability, but also makes the motherboard a flexible general-purpose controller.
